Providing ‘in-house’ support to the SITB franchise Network

Louise joined the SITB team back in May as our Sales & Canvassing Co-Ordinator. This was a role that was created to provide ‘in-house’ support to our franchisees.

Whilst this was a new role, the work involved didn’t come as a surprise to Louise. For 12 months prior she helped to build and develop her stepdad’s Manchester franchise.

“Whilst I learned there are many aspects that go together to create a successful franchise, it quickly became apparent that gaining new customers was the key. Not only to growing but maintaining a profitable business.”

For many franchisees canvassing can be the one area of the business they struggle with. This can be because they are unsure how to approach new business or they simply don’t feel they have the time whilst continuing day to day running. Louise now uses her knowledge of our business along with her previous sales experience to canvass for new and existing franchisees.
